This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is between Grace and Grit Interiors (“Company”) and any individual who uses, accesses, and/or interacts electronically with the Company (“User”), including, but not limited to, websites, social media pages, and/or online services (“Platforms”). This Policy governs data collection and usage. By using any of the Company’s Platforms, the User consents to the data practices and collection methods described herein.

    The Company does not collect any personal information from Users unless they voluntarily provide it. However, Users may be required to provide certain personal information when electing to use certain products or services. This information may include, but is not limited to:

        iv. Business Transfers – Sharing information in the event of a merger, acquisition, or other sale of assets where customer information would ordinarily be transferred as part of the transaction.

        v. Consent – Sharing information with third parties when the User has given explicit consent.

        vi. Marketing and Promotions – Sharing information with third-party marketing partners or advertisers if the User has opted into receiving marketing communications.

        vii. Security and Protection – Sharing information to protect the rights, property, or safety of the business, Users, customers, or others.

          i. Cookies – The Company’s websites may use “cookies” and other tracking technologies to gather information about User interactions. This information may include demographic data, browser type, IP address, pages visited, activities conducted on the page, and the day and time of User’s visit.           The Company processes personal information for targeted advertising and sells personal information. However, the Company does not use personal information for profiling to make legally significant decisions.

The Company will prompt Users to agree to a new Policy every time there is a change. User’s continued use of the website and/or other services provided by the Company will constitute:
